PROGRAMMING
These programs were created to complement and supplement your current climbing sessions. Our system will allow you to enjoy climbing with your friends while at the same time introduce you to the most efficient and effective ways to spend 30 minutes before or after your session working on your own needs as a developing climber.

The program is broken down into a series of steps you graduate through. You are welcome to start and finish where you want to. While each program complements the other, they also have their own stand-alone value. This allows you to start and finish where you want based on your own understanding of your individual strengths and challenges.

PHYSICAL PROGRAM
The physical program will teach you how to get the most gains from the least amount of time cross training. This will allow you to spend more time on the wall doing what you are passionate about. We will help you understand the best methods for specific and non-specific strength, flexibility, mobility and fingers, fingers, fingers, fingers! Because no one ever said, “my fingers are just too strong, it is becoming a problem in my climbing.

Mobility / Yoga
This course blends functional yoga and mobility training to help you move with greater freedom, balance, and control. Designed for athletes, climbers, and anyone seeking longevity in their movement practice, each session focuses on improving range of motion, joint health, and mindful body awareness.
Whether you're recovering from training, preparing for performance, or simply looking to feel better in your body, this program helps you unlock strength through mobility — not just flexibility.
