
PROGRAMMING
These programs were created to complement and supplement your current climbing sessions. Our system will allow you to enjoy climbing with your friends while at the same time introduce you to the most efficient and effective ways to spend 30 minutes before or after your session working on your own needs as a developing climber.
The program is broken down into a series of steps you graduate through. You are welcome to start and finish where you want to. While each program complements the other, they also have their own stand-alone value. This allows you to start and finish where you want based on your own understanding of your individual strengths and challenges.

PHYSICAL PROGRAM
The physical program will teach you how to get the most gains from the least amount of time cross training. This will allow you to spend more time on the wall doing what you are passionate about. We will help you understand the best methods for specific and non-specific strength, flexibility, mobility and fingers, fingers, fingers, fingers! Because no one ever said, “my fingers are just too strong, it is becoming a problem in my climbing.

TACTICAL PROGRAM
The tactical program will teach you how to prepare for a boulder, route, or competition in systematic detail. Every attempt means something, but sometimes it is hard to call our best self forward for each attempt. This program will help you solve this problem through time constraints, focused attention, failure, success and a personalized debrief that will keep you positive as you continue to approach your goals each session.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM
This program will teach you how to develop a personalized system of awareness that will affect each movement you do in a positive way. The cumulative effect of your new feet to fingers focused attention will enhance every technical position you find yourself in from; set up to movement and finally to your destination position.
