CV

As a climbing trainer, Bradley Hilbert has designed his own programs for strength-training, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and safe, effective dietary programs during training. He is a skilled coach and a patient instructor and has trained climbers using both indoor and outdoor climbing walls.

During his 5 years and 10 seasons as the Head Climbing Coach for Triangle Rock Club, overseeing 3 facilities, 9 coaches and 100+ climbers he gained the experience needed to help any climber create programming for themselves to reach their goals inside or outside.

Through the pressure cooker of competitive climbing and the relationships he made with climbers and coaches across the country he gained an understanding of the four facets of programming in mental, physical, technical and tactical ways of breaking down the most difficult puzzle of becoming a complete climber into its smaller manageable parts.

While living in South Korea, Bradley was a member of KOTRI.org – an organization sponsored by Mammut that conducts initiatives to protect, preserve and maintain South Korean crags – and through this organization he learned to re-bolt, re-anchor, manage, and maintain outdoor climbing venues.

In 2014, he completed the Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) training and is now a certified citizen emergency responder.

Bradley was born in Kentucky, raised in Missouri, and learned to climb in South Korea. He has a BA in Business, a Masters in English, and is conversant in a handful of languages. He currently living in an RV traveling the country with his wife and yoga instructor Dakota Hilbert and his 2 high energy children. CV

From a lifetime on the rock to a career built on passion and perseverance, I’ve dedicated myself to the pursuit of progress — both in climbing and in life.

As a professional climber, I learned that success isn’t built in a single send or standout season — it’s built through consistency: showing up day after day, staying curious, and trusting the process even when the results take time.

Now, as a coach, my goal is to bring that same mindset to the people I work with. Whether your dream is to climb your first V4 or send your lifetime project, I want to help you get there — not just by building strength, but by developing the habits, confidence, and resilience that make lasting growth possible.

My greatest accomplishment in coaching will always be feeling like I made a difference in somebody’s journey. My goal is to help people achieve their goals — whether they’re big or small, tomorrow or ten years down the road — and to be helpful in some meaningful way along that path.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: consistency creates progress, and progress — no matter how small — builds a life you can be proud of.

CV

Hi, I’m Dakota — a climber, yoga teacher, and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness.

My journey into rock climbing began as a search for challenge and adventure, but it quickly became something deeper — a path toward self-discovery, balance, and connection. Every route and every hold taught me lessons about patience, presence, and perseverance.

Yoga entered my life as a way to support my climbing, but it soon transformed into so much more — a grounding practice that opened my heart, strengthened my body, and connected me to something bigger than the sport itself.

Today, I bring these two worlds together: the focus and flow of climbing with the breath and awareness of yoga. My passion is helping others find their own spark — to move with intention, grow with confidence, and shine in their own unique way.

Whether we’re on the mat or the wall, the goal is the same: to meet ourselves fully, explore our potential, and enjoy the journey along the way.

CV

Food is more than fuel — it’s connection, energy, and self-care.
As a dietitian, I believe that nourishing your body isn’t about restriction or perfection — it’s about finding what truly supports your goals, lifestyle, and joy.

Through personalized nutrition plans, I help individuals understand how to eat in a way that enhances performance, supports recovery, and builds lasting habits for health and vitality. Whether you’re a climber looking to improve endurance, a yogi seeking balance, or someone ready to simply feel better in your own body, we’ll create a plan that works for you — one rooted in science, mindfulness, and sustainability.

My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, real-world perspective — because healthy eating should fit your life, not take it over.

Together, we’ll develop a deeper awareness of how food supports your movement, mindset, and overall well-being — so you can feel strong, centered, and confident from the inside out.
